1. Authorized Use

This software is designed exclusively for lawful penetration testing engagements, authorized security assessments, and legitimate security research conducted with proper authorization.

You may only use this software:

In the course of authorized penetration testing or security assessment activities
With explicit written permission from the system owner or authorized representative
For legitimate security research purposes
In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization before using this software on any system or network.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use this software:

For any illegal or unauthorized purpose
To access systems or networks without explicit authorization
To violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
To cause harm, damage, or disruption to any system or network
To engage in any form of cybercrime, hacking, or unauthorized access
To violate privacy rights or data protection laws
For any purpose that violates the terms of this agreement

Any use of this software for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate license termination, legal action, and criminal prosecution.

3. Liability Disclaimer

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MAYWEATHER GROUP, LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
System damage or network disruption
Legal liability arising from unauthorized use
Any damages resulting from misuse of this software

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your use of this software and any consequences that may arise from such use. Mayweather Group, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for your actions or the results of your use of this software.

4. License Restrictions

This software is licensed, not sold. Your license is subject to the following restrictions:

One device per license: Each license is bound to a single device
Device rotation: Device rotation is limited to once every 90 days
No transfer: Licenses are non-transferable without written consent
No reverse engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this software
No redistribution: You may not copy, modify, or distribute this software
Annual subscription: Licenses are valid for one year and must be renewed

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate license termination.

5. Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

License revocation or removal from the platform
Violation of terms resulting in license termination
Inability to use the software due to technical issues
Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the software
Expiration of license or subscription
Any other reason, regardless of cause

By purchasing a license, you acknowledge and agree that you will not receive any refund, credit, or compensation for any reason, including if your license is revoked or you are removed from the platform for any violation of these terms.

6. Customer Support

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR LICENSE PURCHASE.

Your license purchase includes:

Access to the software
License validation and activation services
Basic license management functionality

Your license purchase does NOT include:

Technical support or troubleshooting assistance
Installation or configuration help
Training or documentation beyond basic user guides
Bug fixes or feature requests
Any form of customer service or support

If you require customer support, technical assistance, training, or other professional services, separate support contracts are available through direct contract with Mayweather Group, LLC. Support contracts are subject to separate terms and pricing agreements.

7. Ban Policy and Legal Repercussions

If you use this software for illegal purposes or in violation of these terms:

Your license will be immediately terminated
You will be permanently banned from using this software
Mayweather Group, LLC reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies
You may be subject to criminal prosecution under applicable laws
You will be held fully liable for any damages, legal costs, or penalties resulting from your unauthorized use

Mayweather Group, LLC will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in investigating and prosecuting any illegal use of this software.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mayweather Group, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your use or misuse of this software
Your violation of these terms
Your violation of any laws or regulations
Any unauthorized access or use of systems or networks

9. Data Collection and Privacy

To provide license validation, prevent abuse, and ensure security, we collect and process limited information from your device. We do NOT collect, store, or have access to any operational data created or obtained during your use of this software.

What We DO NOT Collect

GPS location data, coordinates, or geographic information
Projects, project data, or project files
Notes, annotations, or user-generated content
Points of interest (POIs) or waypoints
Card data, card reads, or any information obtained from card scanning operations
Any data created, collected, or generated during your operational use of the software
Personal files, documents, or content stored on your device

All operational data remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

What We DO Collect

For Standard and Enterprise License Activation:

Your name or organization name
Your email address
Device identifier (hashed)
Device model and manufacturer
License key (for activation only, not stored)
Terms of service acceptance status

For Trial Activation (additional data for abuse prevention):

Device fingerprint (composite hash of device identifiers)
Android ID, hardware serial, and build fingerprint
Screen resolution and CPU architecture
Country, timezone, locale, and language settings
MAC address (if available, restricted on Android 6.0+)

For License Validation:

Device identifier (hashed)
Device model and manufacturer
IP address (collected server-side)

For Security Monitoring:

Device information (model, manufacturer)
App version and operating system version
Security violation details (if detected)

For Government & Law Enforcement Licenses:

Number of activated licenses (in accordance with your license plan)
We do NOT collect device information, device identifiers, or any device-specific data for Government & Law Enforcement licenses

All device identifiers are hashed before transmission. Data is encrypted in transit and stored securely. We use this information solely for license management, fraud prevention, and security monitoring. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law.

By using this software, you consent to the collection and processing of this data as described above.

10. Security Measures and Data Protection

We implement comprehensive security measures to protect your data:

Our Security Measures:

AES-256-GCM encryption for all sensitive data stored on your device
Android Keystore integration for secure key storage (hardware-backed when available)
Encrypted storage for all operational data (projects, cards, notes, POIs, GPS data)
PM3 dump and trace files are encrypted when the app is not in active use
Screenshot protection enabled by default to prevent unauthorized data capture
Anti-tampering and anti-debugging protections
Secure communication with encrypted data transmission
No cloud synchronization - all data remains on your device
Secure logging practices (no sensitive data in logs)

User Responsibility:

While we provide robust security measures, it is YOUR responsibility as the user, agency, or company to protect your operational data. This includes:

Configuring security settings appropriately for your operational environment
Following your organization’s security policies and procedures
Implementing device-level security measures (device encryption, screen locks, etc.)
Maintaining physical security of devices containing operational data
Implementing proper access controls and user authentication
Following your security plan and operational security (OPSEC) procedures
Ensuring compliance with your organization’s data protection requirements

Mayweather Group, LLC is not responsible for data breaches, unauthorized access, or data loss resulting from failure to properly configure security settings, device loss or theft, or user error.

11. Intellectual Property

This software and all copies thereof are proprietary to Mayweather Group, LLC. All applicable rights to patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets in the software are and shall remain with Mayweather Group, LLC.
